My membership expired. How to restart my PhlebReview membership?

Sign in to your PhlebReview account. If your membership has expired, you won’t be able to access the study content, except for trial questions. 

To restart your PhlebReview membership:

1. Go to 'Account Settings' page.
2. From the 'subscriptions' section, select the blue "Add Subscription Plan" button
3. Choose the plan you want and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts, and after a successful payment, your membership will be added to your account.
