How Do I Cancel My Auto-renewal?

I passed my phlebotomy exam! I want to cancel my auto-renewing PhlebReview membership now, can you help me?

No problem, follow these steps to turn off your auto-renew:

  1. Sign into your PhlebReview account here. 

  2. Select your initials (or avatar) in the top right corner

  3. Select 'Account Settings'

  4. The blue box should show your PhlebReview subscription type. Select 'Manage Renewal & Billing Method'

  5. This will proceed to your subscription and select 'cancel subscription' from this page.

  6. Select 'Cancel subscription' again to confirm.

You will get a green confirmation message letting you know your auto-renew was successfully disabled.
