How Do I Cancel My Auto-renewal?
I passed my NREMT exam! I want to cancel my auto-renewing EMTprep membership now, can you help me?
No problem, follow these steps to turn off your auto-renew:
- Sign into your PhlebReview account here: https://app.phlebreview.com/login
- Select your initials (or avatar) in the top right corner
- Select 'Account Settings'
- The blue box should show your PhlebReview subscription type. Select 'Manage Renewal & Billing Method'
- This will proceed to your subscription and select 'cancel subscription' from this page.
- Select 'Cancel subscription' again to confirm.
- You will get a green confirmation message letting you know your auto-renew was successfully disabled.
