My phlebotomy certification number is wrong on my certificates. Can you correct it?

You can update your phlebotomy certification number directly within your account.

You can update your certification number directly within your account.

Sign in, and select "Student Profile" from the menu on the left. There, you’ll be able to edit your license or certification information. After making any updates, be sure to select "Save Changes".

After the information is updated, your certificates of completion will reflect the new information. If you have downloaded your certificates with previous information shown, please clear your browser's cache and re-download.

Please note, that if you are licensed in the state of California and need your records submitted to the CDPH, we submit record reports monthly. If you complete courses and change license information after 30 days, your previous license information will have been submitted. If you need your records resubmitted with the corrected license information, please send us an email at support@phlebce.com, and we will do our best to have the record updated.
