How to Use the Instructor Dashboard to Track Student Progress

The instructor dashboard gives you full visibility into your students’ activity, progress, and performance.

Main Dashboard

On the main dashboard, students are organized into three categories regarding their status:

  • Active – Students with an active membership
  • Expired – Students whose memberships have ended
  • Pending – Students who have been invited but have not created their account

From the Pending tab, you can:

  • Resend invites
  • Revoke memberships

Using Classrooms

The Classrooms tab allows you to:

  • Organize students into groups
  • Assign instructors to specific classrooms
  • Track performance by class by setting classroom specific goals

Setting Goals

Within each classroom, you can set goals such as:

  • Study time (e.g., 6 hours)
  • Questions answered (e.g., 1,500 questions)

You can then track whether students are meeting those goals. These can be filtered by date. 

 What You Can Track

  • Performance across focus areas
  • Readiness scores
  • Goal completion
  • Overall engagement and time on site

Adding Additional Instructors

To add instructors:

  1. Go to the Admin tab
  2. Select “Add Instructor”
  3. Enter their email

They will receive an invite to join your group.
