EMTprep Pass Guarantee: What Happens If I Don’t Pass the NREMT?
If you fail your NREMT exam, and have purchased EMTprep, we will extend your account until you pass.
First, we’re sorry to hear you didn’t pass your exam. The NREMT is a challenging test, and it’s common for students to need more than one attempt.
The good news is that EMTprep offers a Pass Guarantee to support you as you prepare for your next attempt.
What Is the Pass Guarantee?
If you’ve purchased EMTprep and actively used our study tools, we’re confident you can pass your exam.
If you don’t pass, we will extend your account at no additional cost so you can continue studying.
How Extensions Work
- Extensions are provided in 30-day increments
- If you don’t have a test date yet, we’ll add 30 days of access
- If your next test date is further out, contact us and we’ll extend your access again
How to Request an Extension
Email us at info@emtprep.com and include:
- Your account email
- Your next test date (if scheduled)
We’ll take care of the rest.
When Should I Retake the Exam?
You must wait 15 days before retesting, per NREMT guidelines.
We recommend scheduling your next attempt as soon as possible after that window. The material will still be fresh, and this is the best time to improve.

- Use practice questions to reinforce weak areas
- Track your progress and increase your readiness score
