Managing Your Bulk Membership Subscription

Managing your bulk membership subscription ensures your students maintain uninterrupted access to EMTprep.

Viewing Your Memberships

From your group admin account, you can:

• See how many memberships you have available
• Track how many have been assigned
• Monitor who is about to expire and add additional time to students accounts, if needed

Purchasing Additional Memberships

If you need more memberships:

• Select “Buy Memberships” from your account
• Choose the number and duration
• Complete checkout

Bulk discounts will apply automatically based on quantity.

Renewing Student Access

To extend access for students:

• Purchase additional memberships
• Assign them to new or existing expired students

 Subscription & Billing Support

If your organization requires:

• Purchase orders
• Invoices
• Vendor setup documents

Important Notes

• Memberships are tied to duration (30–365 days)
• Expired memberships will remove student access
• You can reassign new memberships as needed
