How to Use the Instructor Dashboard to Track Student Progress
The instructor dashboard gives you full visibility into your students’ activity, progress, and performance.
📊 Student Status Tabs
On the main dashboard, students are organized into three categories:
- Active – Students with an active membership
- Expired – Students whose memberships have ended
- Pending – Students who have been invited but have not created their account
From the Pending tab, you can:
- Resend invites
- Revoke memberships
Using Classrooms
The Classrooms tab allows you to:
- Organize students into groups
- Assign instructors to specific classrooms
- Track performance by class
Setting Goals
Within each classroom, you can set goals such as:
- Study time (e.g., 6 hours)
- Questions answered (e.g., 1,500 questions)
You can then track whether students are meeting those goals and filter from a specific date.
What You Can Track
- Performance across NREMT focus areas
- Readiness scores
- Goal completion
- Overall engagement
Adding Additional Instructors
To add instructors:
- Go to the Admin tab
- Select “Add Instructor”
- Enter their email
They will receive an invite to join your group.
