How to Purchase Bulk Memberships for Your Program

Bulk memberships allow EMS programs and instructors to purchase multiple student accounts at a discounted rate.

How to Purchase Memberships

1. Create or log into your EMTprep account
2. Select “Buy Memberships”
3. A pop-up will appear where you can:
   • Choose the number of memberships
   • Select the membership length:
     • 30 days
     • 60 days
     • 90 days
     • 180 days
     • 365 days

 Important Notes

• Pricing is determined by membership length, not provider level
• The EMS provider level (EMR, EMT, AEMT, Paramedic) is assigned when you distribute memberships to students
• A bulk discount is automatically applied based on the number of memberships purchased

 Paying with a Purchase Order (PO)

If your organization requires payment via purchase order:

1. Email sales@emtprep.com
2. Include:
   • Number of memberships
   • Membership length

We will:

• Send a quote
• Process your purchase order, once it is submitted
• Issue an invoice and add memberships to your account
• Once the check is received, you will be emailed the reciept

Additional Documentation

We can also:

• Complete vendor setup paperwork, if your company requires it
• W-9 forms, upon request
