How Student Performance and Readiness Scores Work

EMTprep provides detailed performance metrics to help you understand how prepared your students are for the NREMT exam.

Performance by Category

Student performance in each focus area is based on their most recent 100 questions in that category.

Why This Matters

  • Early low scores don’t permanently impact performance
  • Progress is reflected more accurately over time
  • Improvement is prioritized over past mistakes

What is the Readiness Score?

The Readiness Score estimates how prepared a student is to pass the NREMT exam.

How to Improve It

Students can raise their score by:

  • Completing practice questions
  • Studying weak areas
  • Using EMTprep study tools and interacting with our content

When Are Students Ready?

A readiness score of 90 or higher indicates strong exam readiness.

Important Note

The readiness score is a guide, not a guarantee, but it is a strong indicator of preparedness.
