Why Can I Only Activate 12 CE Courses Per Day?

EMT-CE customers may complete up to 12 CE courses of continuing education within a single 24-hour period.

Why This Limit Exists

This requirement is in place to ensure:

  • Appropriate educational pacing
  • Active participation
  • Meaningful learning experiences

These guidelines help maintain continuing education compliance standards.

Course Activation Limits

You may notice restrictions on daily course completion hours

  • Typically, most users do not come close to the daily 12-course activation limit. When you are down to 3 remaining activations, a banner will appear on your account notifying you that you are approaching your limit.

No Activations Remaining

Once you have reached your activation limit:

  • Your dashboard banner will update to show when your next activation becomes available
  • Activations reset on a rolling 24-hour basis, not at midnight

For example:
If you activated 12 courses, on the hour, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, you would not receive another 12 activations at midnight. Instead:

  • One activation would become available again at 9:00 AM
  • Another at 10:00 AM, and so on throughout the day depending on the time you activated your course. 

These safeguards help maintain CE compliance and CAPCE standards.
