Why Aren’t My CAPCE Credits Syncing?
If your completed EMT-CE courses are not appearing on your NREMT account, there are several common reasons why this may happen.

Under Student Profile, make sure you have entered:
F5 courses are purchased in bundles are reported together after the full National Component membership is completed.
Reporting Can Take Time
Most courses are reported quickly, but:- Some reports may take up to 1 business day
- F5 bundle courses are often reported together after all courses are completed
Check Your Student Profile
Your EMT-CE profile information must match your certification records.Under Student Profile, make sure you have entered:
- Your National Registry number AND expiration date
- Your NEMSID number
- State license number AND expiration date
- If this information was incorrect, you will need to contact us so we can correct your CAPCE records that were submitted with the inaccurate information on your behalf
F5 Record Reporting
F5 courses are purchased in bundles are reported together after the full National Component membership is completed.- If needed, you can manually upload individual certificates to your NREMT account.
