Why aren't my course records in my state portal?

For students who fill out their student profile on EMT-CE, records are automatically submitted to CAPCE. Records in the CAPCE database can be imported to NREMT transcripts for those with a current license. For state portals, EMT-CE submits records directly to state portals for Florida and New Jersey. We are not able to submit records directly to any other state portals. 

Note: You must have your NJ or FL license information in your student profile prior to course completion for us to submit records to the respective areas.  

EMT-CE uploads course records to the following states and systems:

• Florida - CE Broker

• New Jersey - NJEMS Portal
