My renewal was denied because my license information is not on my certificate. How do I add it?
Add this information to your EMT-CE EMS Student Profile, certificates will be updated!
If your state license information is missing or incorrect on your CE certificate of completion, it is because it was entered inaccurately in your EMS profile. To update this information, log in to your EMT-CE profile, select "EMS Profile" from the menu on the left, and enter or correct your license details. Be sure to click "Save Changes."
Once your license information is updated, your certificates in the Records and Certificates tab will reflect these changes. Next, download the revised certificates with the correct information and submit them to your state. Note that if your records have already been submitted to CAPCE, they will not be automatically updated with the new license details.
