My F5 Courses Are Not Showing on My NREMT Account

F5 (instructor-led) courses purchased as part of a National Component membership are reported together once all required F5 courses have been completed.

Course Record Reporting

Once all F5 courses within your National Component membership are complete:

EMT-CE sends your completed course records to CAPCE
CAPCE shares those records with the NREMT
National Component memberships
- EMT level: 20 hours (7 webinars)
- AEMT level: 25 hours (9 webinars)
- Paramedic level: 30 hours (11 webinars)

Manual Entry Option

If you would like your courses to appear sooner on your NREMT account, you may:

Download each individual CE certificate of completion that you receive after you complete a webinar
Manually enter each course into your NREMT account with the information found on your CE certificate of completion

Experiencing Reporting Delays?

Please allow up to 1 business after F5 National Component membership completion for reporting to appear on your NREMT account, F3 self-paced courses should be reported immediately.
