How Long Does It Take for EMT-CE Courses to Report to CAPCE?

EMT-CE reports completed courses directly to CAPCE using real-time reporting technology.

Reporting Timeline

Most completed courses are reported:
  • Self-Paced (F3) courses: Reported immediately or within minutes
  • Instructor-led (F5) courses: Reported within 1 business day of the final course in the National Component being completed. This is for attendance verification purposes.
    • EMT level: 20 hour National Component course record will be submitted after the 7 webinars are completed
    • AEMT level: 25 hour National Component course record will be submitted after the 9 webinars are completed
    • Paramedic level: 30 hour National Component course record will be submitted after the 11 webinars are completed
    • If you purchased individual instructor-led (F5) courses this will be submitted 1 business day after completion.

Important Clarification

EMT-CE reports courses to CAPCE, not directly to the NREMT. The NREMT receives records from CAPCE. You will sign into your NREMT account, navigate to the transcript page, and select "Import CAPCE courses".

Keep Your Certificates

We strongly recommend downloading and saving all CE certificates of completion for your records.
